Design, build, and audit the smart contracts that power Harva's vault infrastructure. You'll work at the intersection of DeFi protocol design and quantitative strategy execution, building ERC-4626 compliant vaults that manage hundreds of millions in TVL.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and implement vault smart contracts (ERC-4626) across Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, and other EVM chains
  • Design and build strategy adapters that connect vaults to DeFi lending markets, DEXs, and structured products
  • Conduct internal security reviews and coordinate with external auditors (Trail of Bits, OpenZeppelin)
  • Optimize gas consumption and capital efficiency across multi-chain deployments
  • Collaborate with the quant team to translate trading strategies into on-chain execution logic

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of Solidity development with production contracts managing >$10M TVL
  • Deep understanding of ERC-4626, DeFi lending protocols (Aave, Compound, Morpho), and AMM mechanics
  • Experience with Foundry testing framework and formal verification tools
  • Track record of writing secure, gas-optimized code — ideally with audit experience
  • Strong understanding of MEV, sandwich attacks, and on-chain security vectors

Nice to Have

  • Experience building vault or yield aggregator protocols (Yearn, Sommelier, Veda)
  • Contributions to open-source DeFi projects
  • Background in quantitative finance or market making

Develop and refine the yield strategies that power Harva's vaults. You'll research, backtest, and deploy quantitative strategies spanning DeFi lending, liquidity provision, basis trading, and cross-chain arbitrage — leveraging our partners' market-making infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Research and develop novel yield strategies across DeFi lending, LP positions, and structured products
  • Build backtesting frameworks to evaluate strategy performance, risk, and capital efficiency
  • Monitor live strategy performance and dynamically adjust allocations based on market conditions
  • Collaborate with engineering to translate research into production vault strategies
  • Publish internal research on DeFi market microstructure, yield dynamics, and risk factors

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in quantitative research, trading, or portfolio management (TradFi or DeFi)
  • Strong programming skills in Python; experience with data analysis libraries (pandas, numpy, scipy)
  • Deep understanding of DeFi protocols: lending markets, AMMs, perpetuals, and options
  • Experience with statistical modeling, time-series analysis, and risk management frameworks
  • Ability to think rigorously about risk — drawdowns, correlation, tail events, and smart contract risk

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a crypto market maker, prop trading firm, or hedge fund
  • Published research in quantitative finance or DeFi analytics
  • Familiarity with on-chain data analysis (Dune, Flipside, custom indexers)

Build the web application and infrastructure that powers Harva's deposit interface, vault dashboards, and partner integration tools. You'll own the full stack — from the React frontend to the Node.js backend and real-time data pipelines.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain Harva's web application (React, TypeScript, Next.js) for direct depositors and partners
  • Develop real-time vault dashboards displaying TVL, APY, strategy allocations, and historical performance
  • Integrate with Web3 wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet) and smart contract interactions
  • Build partner-facing APIs and SDK documentation for Vault-as-a-Service integrations
  • Design and implement the data pipeline that aggregates on-chain vault data across multiple chains

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of full-stack development with React/TypeScript and Node.js
  • Experience with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, viem, wagmi) and wallet integration
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data systems
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases and data pipeline architecture
  • Eye for design — you care about pixel-perfect UI and smooth user experiences

Nice to Have

  • Experience building DeFi frontends or crypto trading interfaces
  • Familiarity with The Graph, subgraphs, or custom blockchain indexers
  • Experience with infrastructure (Docker, AWS/GCP, CI/CD pipelines)

Lead Harva's partnership strategy and close the deals that will define our growth trajectory. Your primary focus will be securing Vault-as-a-Service partnerships with exchanges, wallets, and fintech platforms — following the playbook that Veda used with Kraken, but with Harva's quant edge.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, qualify, and close Vault-as-a-Service partnerships with exchanges, wallets, and fintech platforms
  • Develop and negotiate partnership structures including revenue-sharing, white-label, and co-branded models
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at top-50 exchanges and leading crypto wallets
  • Represent Harva at industry conferences, events, and in media — building the brand in institutional circles
  • Work with the product team to shape the VaaS offering based on partner feedback and market demand

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales in crypto/fintech
  • Existing relationships with exchanges, wallets, or institutional crypto platforms
  • Track record of closing complex B2B deals with >$1M annual value
  • Deep understanding of DeFi, yield products, and the competitive landscape (Veda, Morpho, Aera)
  • Excellent communication skills — you can explain vault architecture to a CEO and negotiate terms with a legal team

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a crypto exchange, wallet provider, or DeFi protocol in a BD/partnerships role
  • Network in Asia-Pacific markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan)
  • Experience structuring revenue-sharing or white-label agreements in crypto

Own the risk framework that protects Harva's depositors. You'll monitor vault exposure, assess protocol risk, evaluate new strategy proposals, and build the dashboards and alerts that ensure our vaults operate within defined risk parameters at all times.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain Harva's risk management framework covering smart contract, market, and operational risk
  • Conduct due diligence on DeFi protocols before vault capital is deployed — assessing audit history, TVL stability, governance, and economic design
  • Build real-time risk monitoring dashboards tracking exposure, concentration, and drawdown metrics
  • Define and enforce risk limits for each vault tier (Foundation, Growth, Alpha) based on their risk profiles
  • Produce weekly risk reports for the team and quarterly transparency reports for depositors and partners

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in risk management, security research, or quantitative analysis in crypto or TradFi
  • Strong understanding of DeFi protocol mechanics — lending, AMMs, oracles, liquidation engines
  • Experience with on-chain data analysis tools (Dune, Python, SQL) for monitoring protocol health
  • Familiarity with smart contract audit reports and common vulnerability patterns (reentrancy, oracle manipulation, flash loan attacks)
  • Rigorous analytical mindset — you think in terms of worst-case scenarios and tail risks

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a DeFi protocol, audit firm, or crypto risk management platform
  • Background in actuarial science, financial risk management, or quantitative analysis
  • Published research on DeFi security, risk modeling, or protocol analysis
